We are pleased to invite you to an ESAFORM-supported thematic workshop on Metal Plasticity at the premises of ArcelorMittal Global R&D Gent/OCAS NV (Belgium) on Tuesday, November 19, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, jointly organized by Dr. Steven Cooreman (OCAS NV) and Prof. Sam Coppieters (KU Leuven).

The Metal Plasticity Seminar, an annual event, serves as a platform for professionals in the field of metal plasticity to discuss state-of-the-art advancements, current research challenges, and future developments. The seminar aims to enhance the collaboration between theoretical material modeling, computational and experimental plasticity, and the development of industrial applications.

Now in its fifth year, MPS 2024 focuses on “Material Testing 2.0 for Thermomechanical Characterization of High Strength Steels.”

MPS 2024 is an ESAFORM-supported thematic workshop, free of charge for ESAFORM members.

For further information on the program and registration please visit the website MPS2024.
